Intensive course on imaging rheumatic diseases — hands-on, interdisciplinary and interactive.
Experienced speakers will present established facts and provide insights into new developments and future technologies. Practical cases, both simple and complex, will be available to all participants using the BerlinCaseViewer app and will be discussed together with the experts.

Torsten Diekhoff
Assistant Professor of Radiology
Expert in musculoskeletal imaging, including sports and rheumatologic imaging. Extensive expertise in the use of modern computed tomography methods and joint ultrasound, as well as musculoskeletal interventions.
Iris Eshed
Professor of Radiology
Expert in musculoskeletal imaging, including tumor, sports, and rheumatologic imaging. Special expertise in DISH syndrome and its differentiation from axial spondyloarthritis, as well as musculoskeletal interventions.
Kay-Geert Hermann
Professor of Radiology
Expert in rheumatological imaging, specializing in rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, and axial spondyloarthritis, both with conventional radiography and magnetic resonance imaging. Pursues innovative concepts of electronic teaching.
Arnd Kleyer
Assistant Professor of Rheumatology
Expert in rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis, axial spondyloarthritis, and vasculitis. Also experienced in rheumatologic imaging, including micro-computed tomography and cinematic rendering of joint lesions.
Denis Poddubnyy
Professor of Rheumatology
Clinical opinion leader for axial spondyloarthritis and psoriatic arthritis with an international network. Great expertise in rheumatologic imaging, including MRI. Coordinates artificial intelligence projects in rheumatology imaging diagnostics.

CME Accreditation
The Berlin Medical Association has rated the event with 10 category A CME points. Most countries recognize the German CME points 1:1.
Furthermore, the course is recommended by the European Society of Skeletal Radiology for the ESSR diploma. The German Society for Musculoskeletal Radiology (DGMSR e.V.) also recognizes participation in the event for training as an expert and for the diploma.
Venue of the workshop
The Aquino Hotel is centrally located in Berlin in a quiet oasis. Attractions such as the Brandenburg Gate, the Reichstag, and the Friedrichstraße shopping mile are not far away. The event hall boasts a high ceiling so participants in the back rows can follow the presentations well.
